<title>CULTURAL TOUR IN LAKE EYASI, TANZANIA.

The Eyasi Lake lies at the southwestern end of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area between the steep slopes of the Great Rift Valley and the Kidero Mountains, only 133 km west of Lake Manyara. Lake Eyasi covers an area of about 1,050 square kilometres.
The lake resembles the other soda lakes like the better known Lake Natron in the area. The main attraction of Lake Eyasi is the Hadzabe Bushmen, the indigenous people and one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. Lake Eyasi has been their home for over 10,000 years. They still cling to their traditional way of life, hunting and gathering different kinds of fruit and honey. They are always happy to give Safari guests a demonstration of their bow and arrow skills.

<title>Serengeti National Park, in Northern Tanzania, is known for its massive annual migration of Wildebeest and Zebra. Seeking new pasture, the herds move North from their breeding grounds in the grassy Southern plains. Many cross the marshy western corridor’s crocodile-infested Grumeti River. Others move from northeast to the Lobo Hills, home to black eagles. Black Rhinos inhabit the granite outcrops of the Moru Kopjes. It&#039;s also an extremely large and wild game park, and home to the Big Five of Africa.

				<title>7 DAYS RONGAI ROUTE ITINERARY.

Day 0 : Pickup to Airport
You will be picked up from airport to the hotel in Moshi for an orientation on your trek. Your guides will be there to provide you with details on your trek and will also check your trekking gears.

Day 1: Rongai Gate (1,800m/5,900ft) to First Cave Camp (2,600m/8,400ft)
After breakfast in Moshi, drive to Rongai Gate near the Kenya border. After registering at the gate, begin your climb to Uhuru Peak, the roof of Africa. During the first day, hike through forests where you may see and hear wildlife. Eat lunch on the trail before continuing to the first campsite. Rongai ascends via the less forested northern side of the mountain. Rongai Route is one of the least less crowded routes on Kilimanjaro because of the long drive to the gate. The Rongai trail is thought to have the best chance of viewing wildlife.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch &#038; Dinner Included.

Day 2: First Cave Camp (2,600m/8,400ft) to Kikelewa Camp (3,600m/11,810ft)
During day two hike through Kilimanjaro&#039;s moorland. The Rongai route is relatively short and steep, making for shorter hiking times. During this day, view Mawenzi Peak ahead.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch &#038; Dinner Included

Day 3: Kikelewa Camp (3,600m/11,810ft) to Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4,330m/14,200ft)
This day is an acclimatization day, allowing you to hike in the beginning of the day and rest in the afternoon and evening. The hike is relatively short but steep. The Mawenzi Tarn campsite is situated below Mawenzi Peak and offers stunning views of both Mawenzi and Kibo.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch &#038; Dinner Included

 Day 4: Mawenzi Tarn Camp
Day four is an acclimatization day at Mawenzi Tarn. We advise hiking a bit higher this day before returning to Mawenzi Tarn in the afternoon.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch &#038; Dinner Included

Day 5: Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4,330m/14,200ft) to Kibo Camp (4,750m/15,580ft)
Cross the lunar landscape of the saddle on this day to arrive at the final campsite. Kibo Camp is situated directly below the Kibo cone, giving you views of your final destination.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch &#038; Dinner Included

Day 6: Kibo Camp (4,750m/15,580ft) to Uhuru Peak (5,895m/19,340ft) to Horombo Hut (3,720m/12,200ft)
Around midnight, begin the final ascent to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. For the next six hours, hike by the light of your flashlight. The ascent to the crater rim is the most challenging part of the entire trek. The trail is very steep until you reach the crater rim at Gilman&#039;s Point.
The hike from Gilman&#039;s to Uhuru Peak is a gradual climb and, as far as hikes go, not very difficult. The altitude, however, makes the hike long and tiring. The crater rim hike takes approximately one hours. Upon reaching Uhuru, take photos of your guide and group at the peak before beginning the descent to Horombo Hut.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch &#038; Dinner Included

Day 7: Horombo Hut (3,720m/12,200ft) to Marangu Gate (1,800m/5,905ft)
After breakfast, finish the trek with a descent to Marangu Gate. Your last hike on Kilimanjaro is a beautiful one, passing through Kilimanjaro&#039;s cloud forest. Watch your step during the descent, as the trail can be slippery. Our vehicles will be waiting at Marangu Gate to take you back to Moshi for overnight stay B/B At 7:00 pm African spoonbill normally prepare a barbecue goat or nyama choma for a dinner in the evening

Day 1: Game drive in Lake Manyara National Park:
Today we drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of game drives. This is one of Tanzania’s smaller parks but still offers a rewarding and diverse safari experience. The lakeshore at Manyara teems with birdlife, and while you are looking for the birds, you might spot one of the elusive tree-climbing lions. There are a surprising number of other large mammals and the striking cliffs on the Rift escarpment form a dramatic backdrop. In the evening we drive to Endoro Lodge for dinner and overnight. F/B https://mberesero.com/

Day 2: Serengeti Wildebeest Migration Tracking:
We head towards the Serengeti National Park. En route there is an opportunity to visit Olduvai Gorge. It is within this steep sided ravine that Louis and Mary Leakey made some of the world’s most important archaeological discoveries in the 1950s. Here in a small Museum, we are able to see evidence of our ancestors that have been dated back 2.5 million years. After lunch we drive into the Serengeti itself and the rest of the afternoon is spent game viewing in the vast plains that are broken only by stands of acacia trees and the occasional kopje. In December, February and March we will normally meet the migration with large herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle. There are always plenty of resident animals, such as giraffe, buffalo, and elephant, and many large predators such as lion, cheetah, and leopard. We drive to Maisha Serengeti Tented Camp for dinner and overnight. https://maishaserengeticamps.com/

Day 3: Serengeti Wildebeest Migration Tracking:
We have another full day in this wonderful park, rising early to make the most of our time. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year; we can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, be in the middle of the migration, sometimes surrounded by wildebeest, sometimes by zebras, which travel with the wildebeest. We journey from the wide-open plains to the kopjes: these volcanic rocky outcrops provide protection and shelter for a wide variety of animals and from the top we can look out across the vast grasslands of the Serengeti. This diverse and interesting landscape will provide us with the ultimate in game viewing, we will hopefully see all of the plain games; elephants, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, lions and if you are lucky the elusive leopard and cheetah, as well as huge amounts of interesting bird life, from the elegant secretary birds to the flightless ostrich. We return to our camp for the night.
Dinner and overnight at Maisha Serengeti Tented Camp. https://maishaserengeticamps.com/

Day 4: Game drive in Ngorongoro Crater:
We start the day with an early morning game drive before heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro is a special place in that it is a Conservation Area, not a National Park; this means that the whole area is managed for both the animals and the local Masai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife. During the drive in Ngorongoro we have a chance to glimpse something of the Masai way of life. After stopping at the entrance gate, where there is a chance to learn more about this fascinating volcanic landscape, we will drive around the rim of the Crater for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wild Camp. https://www.tanzaniawildcamps.com/ngorongoro-wild-camp/

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Finally, we descend into the crater. The crater walls provide a natural sanctuary for the animals, which means there is plenty to see: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhino and leopard (if you are lucky). The only animal you won’t see in here is a giraffe, whose long legs are unable to cope with the steep’s sides of the crater. In the late afternoon we travel just outside of the Crater to our special tented camp.
Dinner and overnight at Endoro Lodge.

Day 6: Game drive in Tarangire National Park:
Today we drive to Tarangire National Park, for excellent game viewing. Tarangire is a small park which offers some excellent sights. Generally, in the dry seasons Tarangire comes alive as wildlife and birdlife congregate on the Tarangire River, which is a permanent source of water. Afternoon we drive to charity hotel for dinner and overnight. F/B

Day 7: after breakfast in the morning we will transfer you to the nearest airport for your departure to the next destination

Safari Include:
•	Full board accommodation whilst on safari in the above-mentioned camps
•	Private safari guide
•	Private 4 x 4 safari jeep with pop up roof for game viewing

				<title>7 DAYS RONGAI ROUTE ITINERARY.

Day 0 : Pickup to Airport

You will be picked up from airport to the hotel in Moshi for an orientation on your trek. Your guides will be there to provide you with details on your trek and will also check your trekking gears. Overnight stay B/B Keys lodge

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch &#038; Dinner Included

This park is often referred to as the &quot;home of elephants&quot;, you have a great chance to spot elephants in large groups gathering around the Tarangire River. Other animals to be spotted include leopards, lions, giraffes and even tree-climbing pythons! Evening transfer to rhino lodge for dinner and overnight. www.endorolodge.com

Day 3: Serengeti Wildebeest Migration Tracking:
We head towards the Serengeti National Park. Enroute there is an opportunity to visit Olduvai Gorge. We return to our Serengeti Kati Kati tented for the night, www.twctanzania.com

Day 4: Serengeti Wildebeest Migration Tracking:
We have another full day in this wonderful park, rising early to make the most of our time. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year; we can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, be in the middle of the migration, sometimes surrounded by wildebeest, sometimes by zebras, which travel with the wildebeest. We journey from the wide open plains to the kopjes: these volcanic rocky outcrops provide protection and shelter for a wide variety of animals and from the top we can look out across the vast grasslands of the Serengeti. We return to our Serengeti Kati Kati tented camp for the night.
